Wicked - The Graphic Novel Part Ii

A storm tears through Munchkinland, carrying with it a farmhouse and an unexpected visitor: a young girl named Dorothy Gale. But Dorothy's appearance in Oz sets off more than just a ripple--it reignites old rivalries and awakens long-buried magic. When Elphaba reunites with Glinda after years apart, she is furious to learn that Glinda has gifted Dorothy a pair of enchanted shoes--shoes that rightfully belong to Elphaba by birthright, and that reawaken in Elphaba the sting of her father's disappointment. Determined to stop the Wizard from tightening his grip on power, Elphaba takes up the Grimmerie. She begins a perilous journey--not just of vengeance, but of reckoning. Yet as she delves deeper into the secrets of Oz, she discovers that the Wizard may not be her greatest threat. Crossing paths with Dorothy proves more dangerous than expected, and the just governance of Oz hangs in the balanced.
