Rough-Neural Computing

The book is devoted to the new topic: rough-neuro computing and is addressed to the research community in the area of Soft Computing and Approximate Reasoning. It is intended both as a monograph as well as a textbook on the main topics of rough-neuro computing. Soft Computing contains various paradigms like fuzzy sets, rough sets, neural networks, genetic algorithms etc. providing mechanisms for decision and classification algorithms aimed at approximate solutions of real life problems. Recent experience shows that a need arises for hybrid methods combining some of these approaches and related to the new idea of Computing based on Information Granulation in particular on Computing With Words.
