Anna Spiro

Anna Spiro has long been hailed as Australia's most original and creative interior designer. Her clever use of clashing patterns and bold colours to create rooms of utter beauty and interest has forged a distinctive signature style. Her ability to make a statement interior went global when she did a complete refurbishment of a boutique hotel called Halcyon House (167K followers) - and Instagram went wild for her blue on white on blue on white patterns. A great deal has changed in Anna Spiro's world since her first book was published, and in this new creation she offers up a lifetime of hard-earned wisdom, showing how the very best interiors come from following your own path. From mood boards to fabric suggestions, furniture ideas to room layouts, A Life in Pattern includes photographs and case studies from 20 different interior design projects. It is an exploration of Spiro's design philosophy and gives readers the framework to create fiercely unique, surprising spaces that sing with individuality. This is a sourcebook of inspiration for readers and admirers throughout the world of Spiro's bold and visually complex style.
